Otto
Tucked on the edge of an ancient woodland, Otto offers a healthy dose of forest bathing right from your bed. Through his wide picture window, you’ll look straight into the trees - a peaceful canopy of green that shifts with the seasons. Though Otto is just 45 minutes from London, you’ll feel a world away from city life. With the famous Chiltern Way just a stone’s throw from your door, there are over a hundred miles of trails waiting to be explored.
If you fancy stretching your legs a little closer to home, you’ll find a lovely local farm shop and a handful of welcoming pubs all within walking distance - so you can enjoy a truly off-grid escape, even without a car.
Inside, Otto has everything you need for a restorative digital detox: a hot shower, gas hob, and our signature phone lockbox to help you unplug. You'll also have a selection of board games, books and even an instant camera so you can still take snaps during your stay. Otto’s brother cabins, Monty and Frank sit on another part of the same estate - making them the perfect for families or friends who want to escape together while still having their own space, or solo travellers who prefer the comfort of knowing others are nearby.
Dogs are very welcome at Otto, though the area around the cabin isn’t enclosed. For their safety - and that of the local wildlife - we recommend keeping them close and on a lead while exploring.
