Memberships are 12 months. 

This can be paid as a one-off payment of £90. This will come out monthly from the day you take out the membership. You cannot cancel a membership before the 12 month period.

When you sign up for a membership you'll get a personal discount code within 1 working day. This will be valid on any cabin for 15% off the stay. This doesn't apply to any extras. 

For new cabins, you'll receive a discount code for 30% off when we launch the cabin that will be shared with you via email. This can be used for stay dates that are within the first 4 weeks of cabin launch. 

The discount codes are only valid for your returning stays, so cannot be shared with friends. 

We don't currently have a refer a friend programme, but if you'd like to share a referral code with a friend, please drop us an email and we'll see what we can do.

• Last minute stay discount is redeemed via Secret Sundays membership which emails last minute stays checking in with 7-10 days. You will receive an email every Sunday. You cannot use this discount in conjunction with your membership code, we recommend using which ever gives you a bigger discount. 
• Discount codes are only valid on cabin stays. They are not applicable to extras. 
• Free late checkout or early checkin can be redeemed post-purchase by emailing us to refund purchase price. Alternatively, you can email us ahead of booking and we can remove this from your booking. This is due to not being able to add more than one discount code per booking. 
• New cabin discounts are applicable on stay dates in the first 4 weeks of launch.
