How it works
Tell us about your land
A short form with your location, plus a few photos if you have them.
Call and site visit
A quick call to get to know each other, then we walk the land to find the best spots.
Plans and terms
We send a map of the proposed cabin spots and simple Heads of Terms, then a 6 year lease.
Groundworks and install
You sort water, drainage and a stone base (we can introduce our contractor). We deliver, level and connect the cabin, and build the deck.
Launch and welcome guests
We photograph and launch the cabin, sort the planning, and handle every booking, clean and guest question.
