Wilfred
Perched at the top of a hill, Wilfred is one of only two of our sea-view cabins. From the picture windows, you'll wake up to uninterrupted views of the ocean. And from the other side, you'll see the rolling green hills of the Somerset countryside.
Getting here is all part of the experience: you'll enjoy a picturesque drive through Exmoor National Park, or take a shortcut up the UK's steepest A-road(!), and on arrival you’re greeted with sweeping, uninterrupted views of the Celtic Sea - along with a true sense of escape, ready to unplug. A short drive away is Exmoor National Park, which has lots of incredibles hikes and trails through the rugged landscape and coastline. There are also quaint seaside towns like Porlock nearby to explore and grab some fish and chips.
Designed for the slow life, Wilfred comes with a powerful hot shower, a snug log burner, and linens by Piglet in Bed. Inside, you’ll find books, games and even an instant camera - everything you need for a digital detox and slow days spent close to nature.
The cabin is dog-friendly with fully enclosed enclosed fencing. Please note sheep roam freely in the fields around the cabin, so please keep dogs on a lead when outside the fenced area and if you have a reactive dog, these cabins may not be for you.
