Cabilla Cornwall
Cabilla is located in Bodmin Moor and is home to one of the last remaining ancient temperate rainforests in the UK. You will have exclusive access to the 300 acre estate, which boasts a stunning barn, rainforest, rolling hills and is home to the iconic Gloria the Pig.
You can reach Bodmin on a direct train from London Paddington, with the most beautiful views en route.

The location
You'll stay in one of Cabilla's cosy Koyt cabins, nestled in a woodland glade. Each Koyt features a log burner, Egyptian cotton linens and Bramley toiletries and can be made up as a king or twin occupancy. You'll also get exclusive access of the whole 300 acre estate and barn.
The switch off
In true Unplugged fashion, we'll lock our phones away together so you can switch off *properly* and reconnect with yourself, nature and others. You'll get an instant camera to snap pics and old school to Nokia if you need to contact friends and family.
The activities
This 'lite' retreat will give you the perfect blend of group activities and free time to roam or rest. Join the guided rainforest tour, morning yoga, evening sound bath and a live music evening with sourdough pizza. Plus woodland sauna sessions with a cold plunge in the river.
The food
Our guest chefs will cook nourishing meals with fresh and local ingredients. This includes a grazing breakfast and barista coffee, a light lunch and dinner. We'll even have some of the best sourdough pizza in Cornwall to enjoy by the fire pit.

Who is this retreat for?
Cabilla Unplugged is perfect for anyone who is looking to recharge from busy life and escape being chronically online. Whether you're coming solo, as a couple or friends, we welcome everyone.
Is the retreat open to all ages?
As much as we'd love to welcome little ones, this is an adult only retreat.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately dogs are not able to join the retreat, even though we know they need a break too. This is due to the site not being enclosed and lots of free-roaming wildlife, including Gloria the pig!
What's not included?
We try to include as much as possible, the following things aren't included:
- Travel to Cabilla
- Snacks throughout the day
- Water bottles
Please also note that there are no en-suite toilets in the koyts. There are gorgeous showers and toilets in the barn which are a short walk from the barns.
Will we get free time?
Yes - every activity during the retreat is optional and you can use your time however you wish. You will get dedicated free time to roam, rest, explore or even use the sauna. This is your time to unwind however you want to.
What are the terms and conditions?
Our normal terms and conditions apply, with the exception of cancellation window. Cancellation window for booking this retreat is 4 weeks. This is due to the limited number of places we have.
