Who can invest in this round?
This is a private crowdfund, exclusively available to the Unplugged community. That means people signed up to our mailing list or personally invited. It will not be publicly listed anywhere.
How do I get access to invest?
To receive the investor link, you’ll need to sign up on this page. Once the round opens, we’ll email you your access link.
Who gets earliest access?
The investment link will be shared 24 hours earlier for those who have previously stayed with us at an Unplugged cabin.
How much can I invest?
You’ll be able to invest from £50 upwards, making it easy for anyone in our community to own a small piece of Unplugged.
How much are you raising via the community?
The Unplugged community has grown to 50,000+ members and continues to expand rapidly. We regularly hear from guests and supporters who want the chance to invest, so now feels like the perfect time.
We’re opening a limited allocation to the community and plan to keep the offer open based on demand, aiming to include as many supporters as possible.
Where will the investment take place?
The investment will be hosted securely on our crowdfunding partner’s platform. Once the round goes live, we’ll send you a direct link to the page where you can invest.
What is crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding allows people who love a brand to invest in it and become shareholders. Instead of large investors owning the company, crowdfunding gives the community the chance to own a piece of the journey. It’s how some of the UK’s best-loved brands have built loyal fan bases and long-term ambassadors.
Why are you crowdfunding?
We’re at an exciting point in our journey, expanding to more locations and growing our community faster than ever. This crowdfund is part of a wider round of investment, with £800k already raised from private investors. Now we’re opening it up to our community so you can invest alongside our existing investors.
Will there be a public round later?
This round is community-only. We’re prioritising our loyal guests and followers. We plan to keep it open based on community demand, but it will not be made public.
Are there rewards for investors?
Yes! Rewards range from free merch to free Unplugged membership. All investors will also get access to our exclusive “Unplugged Owners Club”. The free membership includes 15% off all full-price stays, 30% off new cabins, free late check out and early check in, priority access to new cabins, exclusive partner discounts and more!
Is my investment safe?

Are you EIS legible?
No. Unplugged is not EIS-eligible, as our business model involves unit rental (cabin stays), which is excluded under HMRC’s EIS rules. While EIS tax relief is not available, investors are still purchasing equity in a growing business which aims to reach profitability in 2026. We are also offering some great owners club rewards.
