Disconnect from screens in an Unplugged cabin, with bonding exercises, mindful practices, and guided activities tailored to deepen your connection.
Post-stay session
Reflect and reinforce what you've learned with a 1 hour follow-up session online or at one of Self Space’s beautiful locations in London.

Part of this is includes supporting couples as they navigate the complexity (and beauty) of modern-day relationships. Which is why we're stoked to partner with Unplugged to offer couples retreats in remote locations.

We loved the fire and space to have both dinner and to chat in the evening. The location was perfect - easy walking distance from the car, with a beautiful view and sunset each evening. Mum said the bed was comfy, and I particularly liked the selection of games / camera that were provided.
Loved the setting and the peace and quiet were amazing! The cabin was also very well equipped for such a compact space.
