Join us this summer for a 3 night digital detox retreat in the heart of Cabilla Cornwall, a magical ancient rainforest. No tech, just the healing powers of nature and human connection.
3 NIGHT OFFLINE RETREAT
We've teamed up with Cabilla Cornwall to curate the perfect blend of unique group experiences and free time to roam, rest, and recharge. For three nights, you’ll swap notifications for conversation, emails for forest walks, and endless scrolling for deep rest. This is a retreat, but not as you know it.
Expect nourishing meals, wild sauna sessions by the river, and gentle guided experiences like yoga and a sound bath. All designed to help you slow down, have fun, and connect with likeminded people who love nature and just want a proper breather from it all.
YOUR PHONE ISN'T INVITED
Your phone isn't invited. Because, simply - they're bad company. Lock your phone away and spend 3 days offline with us at our first ever digital detox retreat. Disconnect from the hustle and bustle, and reconnect with what matters: humans and nature.
COMMUNITY // CONNECTION // CORNWALL
Curated to help you disconnect from the noise and reconnect to what really matters.
Cabilla Cornwall is 300 acre estate in Bodmin, with an ancient temperate rainforest at its heart. Home to Lizzie and Merlin Hanbury-Tenison, they're on a mission to restore wild and ancient nature to the Cornish countryside and help others tap into the healing powers of the forest. You'll stay in a cosy off-grid Koyt cabin with a log burner, luxury linen and Bramley toiletries.
Very limited spaces over midweek and weekend dates
Thursday 17th - Sunday 20th July 2025
3 night offline retreat including accommodation, food and guided wellness activities. You'll also get plenty of your free time to relax and explore the estate. Lock your phones away and connect to nature and likeminded people without the distraction of technology.

Cabilla Unplugged is perfect for anyone who is looking to recharge from busy life and escape being chronically online. Whether you're coming solo, as a couple or friends, we welcome everyone.
Arrival is 3pm to check in to your koyt.
Check out is 9am from the koyt cabin and then 11am from the barn.
As much as we'd love to welcome little ones, this is an adult only retreat.
Unfortunately dogs are not able to join the retreat, even though we know they need a break too. This is due to the site not being enclosed and lots of free-roaming wildlife, including Gloria the pig!
We try to include as much as possible, the following things aren't included:
- Travel to Cabilla
- Snacks throughout the day
- Water bottles
Please also note that there are no en-suite toilets in the koyts. There are gorgeous showers and toilets in the barn which are a short walk from the barns.
Yes - every activity during the retreat is optional and you can use your time however you wish. You will get dedicated free time to roam, rest, explore or even use the sauna. This is your time to unwind however you want to.
Our normal terms and conditions apply, with the exception of cancellation window.
Cancellation window for booking this retreat is 3 weeks before check-in date. This is due to the limited number of places we have for the retreat.
